TIPS FOR USE

Directions:

Exfoliator: Scoop a small amount onto your fingers. Gently massage onto clean, damp skin. Rinse. Pat dry. Follow with Toner, Serum, or Moisturizer if desired.

It can be left on the skin for 1-2 minutes to allow nutrients time to absorb if desired. For maximum benefit, use 1-2 times a week. It can also be used in place of the oil cleansing method 1-2 times a week.
