Filter Change

 Special Instructions to Secure your Lid

1. Please take the reservoir out from the jug.
2. Please attach the lid to the reservoir, back end first, from the handle end moving towards the spout, clip it together.
3. Once the lid and reservoir and lid are fixed together, screw in the filter and put them into the jug

4. Now your Heppi Jug is ready to use.

Note : Changing the filter every 3 months will maintain your Alkaline Water level at pH 8.5-10.3. If you need your Alkaline Water to be above pH 9 at all times, we recommend changing the filter every 2 months.
